If bluemiles have not been automatically credited to you or you forgot your bluemiles card at the check-in, you can have your miles credited retroactively..

Please not the following:

• Crediting of miles for miles flown with TUIfly (and flights with an HF or X3 flight number) can take up to 7 days. With bluemiles partners, this time can extend to 6 weeks.
• You can retroactively credit miles within three months of a flight if they were not automatically credited.
• Please remember to keep your proof (confirmation of booking/ticket and boarding cards) until the miles have been credited to your account.
• Unfortunately, no credit can be given for unused, reimbursed or lapsed flight tickets. This also applies to bluemiles bonus tickets, HF or X3 flight vouchers, free flights, staff bookings and other reduced-price tickets.

For partner benefits, crediting of miles is arranged by the bluemiles partner. This can take up to 6 weeks. The possibility of retroactive crediting also depends on the terms and conditions of the bluemiles partner.
