Surrounded as it is by vineyards and with more than 30 bodegas (wine cellars), you could almost believe that everything in Jerez has to do with the making of sherry and brandy. But this aristocratic city with its historical city centre, unusual museums, a fascinating gypsy quarter and extraordinary architecture, is also the cradle of flamenco.
