This south German city has every reason to be proud of its great location: Stuttgart nestles in a valley, whose green slopes give shelter to the centre. Grapevines thrive on the slopes around this Swabian city - Stuttgart is one big wine village. Many festivals offer ample opportunity to sample the wines - for example the annual folk festival at Cannstatter Wasen.

Sightseeing: Königsstraße is a pedestrian zone leading directly to the city centre and Königsbau. From the steps you can watch the hustle and bustle of this shopping street.
