To prevent misuse every member must ensure that the password does not get into the hands of unauthorised third parties. The provider is not liable for any misuse of the password for which it is not responsible.
3. Earning award miles
Members are advised that in Germany any award miles earned in the context of a business trip and which are used for private award flights are deemed to be taxable income. For tax purposes employees are legally bound to notify their employer of the value of these awards. For persons in receipt of awards who are domiciled for tax purposes outside Germany the tax legislation of the respective country of domicile shall apply.

With the exception of employees of TUI AG and its subsidiaries, e.g. TUI Travel plc, and their families as well as travel agencies with Hapagfly or HLX licence any natural person in the bluemiles programme who is at least 18 years old can participate in the "bluemiles quick" campaign.
For clicking on the right answer to the "bluemiles quick" quiz question you will be rewarded with 50 award miles. You must click the right answer within 10 days after the date the relevant bluemiles newsletter was sent. If your email address is only assigned to one bluemiles card number, then your card number is automatically identified and stored. If the same email address is used for a number of card holders (bluemiles members), then to have the award miles credited to the appropriate account you have to use the online form at http://www.tuifly.com/en to enter the relevant bluemiles card number.
The correct answer to the quiz is published in the next bluemiles newsletter. The award miles from the "bluemiles quick" campaign are credited to your bluemiles account once the correct answer to the quiz has been announced.
The "bluemiles quick" reward miles can only be credited once per bluemiles member (bluemiles card number) per bluemiles newsletter quiz.
Cash payment and right of appeal are ruled out. The award miles from the "bluemiles quick" campaign are valid 24 months from the date of crediting to your bluemiles account.
The operator reserves the right to check at any time that the bluemiles were obtained in a proper manner and to debit from the bluemiles account any award miles that were obtained improperly or not in accordance with these conditions as well as exclude the same bluemiles member from the "bluemiles quick" campaign. Moreover in such an event the operator also has the right to cancel membership in the bluemiles programme forthwith.

In addition to the "Conditions of membership in bluemiles" the following conditions apply to the purchasing of bonus miles:
Members of the TUIfly bluemiles bonus and award programme who are at least 18 years old can purchase bonus miles at the website http://www.tuifly.com/en. To purchase miles you must enter your card number as well as your password. You can pay by credit card – TUI Card, Master Card, Visa, Air Plus, American Express and Diners Club – for which a charge of €6 per booking is made (including VAT). Payment is also accepted by direct debit; no charge is made for this.
We will send you an email to confirm the purchase of any bonus miles you make. Any bonus miles you purchase will be credited to your miles account as soon as the transaction has been completed. In the case of a return debit any miles that have already been credited will be cancelled. Bonus miles are non-transferable and can be exchanged exclusively for awards listed in the latest table of awards published on the website http://www.tuifly.com/en.
