I forgot to show my bluemiles card at the check-in. Is it still possible to have the award miles credited?

Of course. The award miles can be credited retroactively to your account within 3 months after the flight. Go to our internet page www.bluemiles.com, log in to “My account”, click on menu item “Online retroactive miles” and enter the relevant flight data. After affirmative verification these miles are credited to your bluemiles account.
