Please check that you have entered your username properly, taking care with upper case and lower case (capital letters), and/or that there are no spaces in your card number. When entering the password also make sure that the capitals are written as capitals and lower case letters as small letters. Also security settings on your PC can interfere with signing in. Some firewalls or cookie blockers make it impossible to sign in.

As long as the first 12 digits on your card are the same as on the bluemiles card, the card is to all intents and purposes the same. The last four digits on the bluemiles card only indicate the card version.

Therefore award miles for flights flown by travel companions cannot be credited to you. The same applies to children travelling with you. To redeem your miles voucher, sign in under "My account". Under menu item "Redeem voucher" enter your voucher code. The miles are credited directly to your bluemiles account. Please be aware that for certain special campaigns only one voucher can be redeemed per account.

As the owner of an award flight you travel ticketless with an electronic ticket. Once your booking has been completed you are sent a booking number and a confirmation by email. Please print your confirmation out and show it along with your identification card or passport at the check-in desk.
