  • How can I sign up?

It is simple to register with bluemiles. Use your email address to sign up online at www.TUIfly.com and get the online welcome bonus of 1,000 award miles.
Click here to sign up directly. After your successful registration you get an e-mail with all necessary information and your card to print.

  • What do I have to do if there is a change in my personal details (e.g. new postal address, new e-mail address)?

At www.TUIfly.com, once you have signed in on the “My account” tab, you can update your personal details at any time under menu item “Change my data”. If your name has to be changed (e.g. because of marriage), you need to call our Servicecenter 0049 (0) 1805 / 45 22 45, Mondays - Fridays: 08.00-20.00; Saturdays - Sundays: 10.00-19.00.

  • Can I register more than one person on my account?

No, every passenger who wants to earn miles must have his/hers own bluemiles account.

  • I am having problems signing in to "My account". What should I do?

Please check that you have entered your username properly, taking care with upper case and lower case (capital letters), and/or that there are no spaces in your card number. When entering the password also make sure that the capitals are written as capitals and lower case letters as small letters. Also security settings on your PC can interfere with signing in. Some firewalls or cookie blockers make it impossible to sign in.

  • Is there a bluemiles card?

Once you have registered on www.TUIfly.com you can print your bluemiles papercard – either from the homepage or using the print option in the email confirmation. Once you have earned 10,000 award miles your personal bluemiles customer card (plastic card) will be sent to you automatically.

  • Can I pay for flights with my bluemiles card?

No, your bluemiles card is not a credit card.
If you want a credit with which you can earn award miles for every euro spent, you can find all relevant details of the ING-DiBa Credit Card here. You can only register for the ING-DiBa Credit Card if you have a German bank account.

  • What can I do if my card is lost or stolen?

You can reload your paper card at any time from our website by going to the “My account” tab. There you can print your card again. Please contact our bluemiles team at 0049 (0) 1805 / 45 22 45, Mondays - Fridays 08.00-20.00 and Saturdays - Sundays 10.00-19.00 to apply for a new plastic card.  Please remember that over-the-phone requests for card replacement –  the card is sent using postal service – incur a replacement fee of  €10.

  • I have received a bluemiles card to replace my bluemiles card. Why is the card number different?

As long as the first 12 digits on your card are the same as on the bluemiles card, the card is to all intents and purposes the same. The last four digits on the bluemiles card only indicate the card version.
If, however, the first 12 digits on your card should differ from your bluemiles card number, then please contact our bluemiles team at 0049 (0) 1805 / 45 22 45,  Mondays -Fridays 08.00-20.00 and Saturdays - Sundays 10.00-19.00.

  • Where can I check the number of miles in my account?

You can see and print the status of your account at any time by going to "My account" at www.bluemiles.com and clicking menu item "Summary of account".

  • Do I receive a statement of my account?

You will receive your account balance four times a year.

  • The award miles for my last flight have not yet been credited. What should I do?

It can take up to two weeks for your award miles to be credited. Please make always a point of hanging on to your boarding pass, confirmation of booking and/or ticket until the award miles have been credited to your bluemiles account. Should, nevertheless, the award miles not appear in your account baalnce, you can of course have them credited online retroactively. To do so go to the “My account” tab, click on menu item “Online retroactive miles entry” and enter the flight data. After successful validation your award miles will be credited to your bluemiles account. The award miles credited to your account can be redeemed for award flights. When you book an award flight the relevant number of award miles is deducted from your bluemiles account.
On the other hand, status miles show how often you have earned miles on a TUIfly flight. They only show your frequent flyer status. Status miles cannot be redeemed for award flights.

Redeeming award miles

  • What do I get for my miles?
