Damage to/loss of baggage

If your baggage has been damaged or is lost, it is important that you contact either the Lost & Found office or our agent at the arrival airport. Immediate, written notification serves as proof that the damage occurred when the baggage was in the possession of the respective airline. Passengers are obliged by law to submit notification within 7 days in case of international flights and within 3 months in case of domestic German flights.

The carrier is no longer liable after that period. For further details, please read the General Terms and Conditions of the respective airline.
