What can we do for you?

With TUIfly, the maximum weight for free hand baggage is 5 kg (45 cm x 35 cm x 20 cm); passengers are entitled to free carriage of 1 item of hand baggage per person plus notebook. Please stow any light items – such as coats or small bags – in the overhead compartments above your seat. Please note that heavy items have to be stowed under the seat in front of you. As items can move around during the flight, please be careful when opening the overhead compartments to ensure that nothing falls out. Provided that musical instruments do not exceed the customary size and the customary weight for hand luggage, they can be carried in the cabin as hand luggage without any problems. Please note that even blunt objects such as golf clubs, baseball bats, tennis racquets etc. cannot be carried in the cabin.
