Reconfirmation system
To reconfirm TUIfly flights, you can now call an automatic reconfirmation system as from two days before the departure date at telephone number
0049 (0)511 9727 8999 0.14 €/min. from the German telephone network, 0.42 €/min. in mobile phone networks).
If enquiries are made to the TUIfly Service Centre about bookings or terms of payment, fares for internet-booked flights are not subject to an additional booking fee. For new bookings made through the TUIfly Service Centre we charge a booking fee per person, per flight of EUR 7.50 (GBP 5.00, 70.00 SEK) in addition to the Internet fare.
