Changing booked flights
Depending on the airline booked and the type of fare, flights can be rebooked by phone in the TUIfly.com Service Center during regular business hours or a flight can be transferred to another passenger in the applicable flight plan period (change of name).
You can also access your booking on TUIfly.com and rebook the flight date online.
Please note that the options for rebooking a flight or changing a name and the applicable fees can differ depending on the airline booked and the type of fare. For some special fares, rebooking or name changes are not permitted.
