Personal Data are information which can be used to trace your identity. This includes information with regard to your identity such as your name, address, postal address, telephone number etc.. Information which cannot be related directly to your true identity (such as preferred websites or the number of users on a site) is not included.

You are entitled to seek information on your stored data, free of charge,. In addition you have the right to demand correction, deletion or stoppage of incorrect data. Data required for accounting and bookkeeping purposes shall not be affected by a termination notice respectively by a deletion.
TUI fly may also use ‘cookies’ (little files including configuration information) in compliance with the rules of the German Informationsgemeinschaft zur Feststellung der Verbreitung von Werbeträgern e.V. They help to find out the frequency of usage and the number of users and to improve the comfort of usage in respect to the products offered.
For user friendly purposes we may store information such as your user ID with the help of ‘cookies’. The allocation of customer data simplifies your booking so that you do not have to re-enter your personal details.

When using the advantages of TUI fly for the first time you need to register with your e-mail and a password. To complete your booking we need, apart from participant- also your payment data (bank reference, account number or credit card number etc.).
To collect statistical information on how our offers are used, our website works with the “Scalable Centralized Measurement System” (“Skalierbares zentrales Messverfahren, SZM) developed by INFOnline (https://www.infonline.de). The system collects anonymous data. To recognize computer systems, the SZM audience measurement uses either a cookie, based on the answer-back code “ivwbox.de” or, alternatively, a signature generated on the basis of a number of different information automatically sent back from your computer. This method doesn’t store IP addresses; it only processes them anonymously.
The audience measurement has been developed in due consideration of data protection. Its aim is to evaluate statistically the intensity of use and the number of users of a website. At no time, single users are identified. Their identity remains protected at all times and they do not receive any advertisement about the system.
For web projects [of companies] that are members of the German Information Group for the Identification of the Dissemination of Advertising Media (Informationsgemeinschaft zur Feststellung der Verbreitung von Werbeträgern e.V. – IVW – www.ivw.eu) or that participate in the study „internet facts“, conducted by the German Working Group for Online Media Research (Arbeitsgemeinschaft Online-Forschung e.V. – AGOF – www.agof.de), the audience statistics will be published monthly by AGOF and the German Working Group Media Analysis (Arbeitsgemeinschaft Media-Analyse e.V. – ag.ma – www.agma-mmc.de) as well as by the IVW. Further to the publication of performance data the IVW inspects regularly if the SZM method is used in compliance with regulations and data protection.
