You can either book your flight online on comprising 4 steps or in our Service Centre. Online reservation is optimised for all customary browsers; JavaScript should, however, be activated. We can accept a booking on our website or by telephone up to two hours before scheduled take-off. For bookings made via Service Centre a fee of EUR 5 will be charged; bookings made in a travel agency may also be charged.

After you have made a booking, you will receive a booking confirmation with your booking number by email, fax or (when booking through our Service Centre) at first verbally. However, even if you book per telephone, you will receive a written confirmation by email or fax. Please check the data carefully and take down your booking number because you need it to check in and for any queries.

If you lose your booking number, please call the Service Centre; we will be happy to send you another email or fax confirmation.
We recommend all our customers to have their scheduled departures checked within 48 hours before scheduled take off in the Internet under “Departures/Arrivals”. If you miss your flight, you are no longer entitled to carriage or to receive reimbursement for your flight fare.
